Born 15 kilometers from Victoria Falls, where the Zambezi River thunders into the Batoka Gorge. Where elephants cross at sunrise and the spray paints rainbows in the afternoon sky.
My uncles were among Zimbabwe's first licensed safari guides. They taught me to read the bush before I could read books. To track animals by broken branches and bent grass. To understand that Africa isn't a destination — it is home.
After tourism school and a decade with international operators, I watched millions flow through Victoria Falls while local communities struggled. Guides paid pennies. Schools without pens. Children sharing textbooks.
So I built something different. Travel Africa Agency keeps money here. Employs local people. Sends every client's child to school with supplies. Because when you visit Africa, you should strengthen Africa.
